- Description of the service: The service is defined as an organizational process with the residents of the Mina neighborhood in order to raise awareness and provide them with resources and strategies for co-responsibility in the use, maintenance and community management of collective spaces and, finallyterm, in improving neighborhood participation and coexistence. Transversally and taking advantage of the strength of community work, the service tries to detect situations of risk of social exclusion and/or high vulnerability, implementing individual and family plans in cases where necessary, coordinatingentity with other agents, resources and services, mainly municipal social services.
